Rainy Day

This day was awesome. It started to rain and Anna went and got this tiny little rain jacket and was running around in the rain. It was so cute. She was doing cartwheels and jumping in every puddle she could find. Rob and I came out on the front porch just to watch her. It was so adorable to see her run around in the rain without a care in the world. It was a peaceful evening, sitting and watching the rain.

We laughed so hard at this picture we cried!

Daddy's Girls

Temple Openhouse

We got to go through and look at the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple on the first day it was open to the public. I was amazed at home smooth everything went. It of course is beautiful inside. When we walked into the Celestial room their mouths dropped open and they gasped.
It was so fun to see their reaction.

I can't wait until it is open. It is literally 5 minutes away. I can see it out of my yard. That is amazing to me-to be able to live so close to a temple. We are so lucky.

We thought this was neat. This is the corner stone that will be filled with grout when President Monson dedicates the temple.

Temple Celebration

The Temple Celebration for the Oquirrh Mountain Temple.
The Youth in our Stake were asked to preform at Temple Celebration for the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. It was so much work. At times even I wondered if it was worth it. May 30th was the big day. It was amazing. It was truely a miracle to see the way the show came together. I was so impressed with the youth in our ward. They are such good kids. It really brought us all close together. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to be a part of it all. I know that this opportunity will bind us all to this temple forever. It is so exciting to think that some of these beautiful Young Women may
be married there someday.
It was such a great spiritual experience for all of us.

Ava's Visit

Ava came to visit us for a week. She was a lot of fun. The kids showed her a good time around the neighborhood in
the sweet Barbie jeep.

Cystic Fibrosis Walk

The walk was great. It is fun, we look forward to it every year. Seeing everyone is the best part.

Dave with Tess and Eliza- what cuties!

Rylee Preschool Graduation

Our little baby is getting so big. She still has another year of Preschool before kindergarten. I think she is ready to go now, but her mommy is not. If she goes who will be my little buddy during the day? I will probably start talking to myself when she goes that will be scary. I just want my kids to stay little longer. It is going by way too fast!

Rylee was in Silverpups at Riverton High. What an amazing job they do. It was the best little preschool ever. I am still deciding if I can let it go and try another one for next year. What a difficult choice. What is a mom to do?

Rylee and Ellie. Ellie will be going on to kindergarten. It will be difficult for these two, they have been inseparable
this last year.

Ry and Gampy

Grandpa and Grandma
Grandpa is 75! We had a little surprise party for him. We were late and missed the surprise, but were able to go and hang out with everyone for a bit. Just a few more weeks before they go on their mission to Rochester, New York!

The girls put on a Hula dance for us! Anna, Kaitlyn, and Emma.

Then it was time to relax in the sun.

Julie..., Julie...., Julie..... I just took it anyway.

Mothers Day

The kids had a spa for all of the Mothers over that day. Dad and Ty even got to go in after us. The only problem is their feet were a little too hairy, and it kinda grossed them out. Ha Ha it was so funny, because they were trying to be nice about it. The treatment included all sorts of "interesting" methods such as a little box car to run back and forth on your feet and legs for a good massage! It was really cute!

Anna got her hair chopped!

Before...........................

......After! Tad ah! The plastic thing balancing on her head is removable- thank goodness.

I am the nicest wife ever!

I went to the midnight showing for Wolverine, Star Trek and Terminator! I just can't get over what a nice wife I am :) It was actually really fun. Ty and Aimee came with us for Terminator- Ty says and I quote, "It is the best movie I have ever seen!" What a dork. It was pretty good I guess. I just need some chick flicks to come out cause Rob owes me big time!

Rob is being Wolverine here :)

Easter

The Parkinson Easter Party.
Every year Grandma and Grandpa throw a big Easter party. It is so much fun for the kids. Grandma even makes her wonderful scones, for an annual scone eating contest. The cousins love it- so do Rob and I. It is always fun to get together.
It turned out to be a beautiful day.

Rylee, Eliza and Tessa..oh ...and Max. That dog is lucky he didn't get dog napped on Saturday.

Uncle Rob! Uncle Rob! Uncle Rob!

Uncle Dan and Rob taught a lot of the cousins to do back flips. It was fun...and nobody got hurt!
